Our Queensland Government is committed to helping Queenslanders get into their own home sooner and to support Queensland’s COVID-19 economic recovery, the government is funding and supporting a range of initiatives to improve housing affordability, promote investment and stimulate construction industry jobs.

If eligible, you’ll get $5,000 on the completion of your purchase or the construction of your brand-new house, unit or townhouse valued at less than $750,000. If you are a first-time homeowner, you may also be eligible for the Queensland first homeowners’ grant.
