So if you are in a C1, C2, C3 Cyclone region the building will be engineered to comply with that category.

We have a large range of Modular Homes and Granny Flats to choose from 9m x 3.3m to 17m x 4m in our Granny Flat range. From 8m x 6m one Bedroom to 23m x 13.5m 5 Bedroom Homes. Also the basic range of 6m x 3.0m to 12m x 3.0m buildings. However, our range is always being updated and these are available as per plan for custom design.

This can result in your portable building frame twisting while it is being transported and possible termite infestation where in most cases you will be the one responsible for any damage or repairs, not the supplier.
